Quotes, scheduling and progress billing

The Estimator writes each quote from the take-offs and records it in the quotes table. As soon as a quote is accepted, the Scheduler adds it to the crew schedule and lets everyone know. At the end of each month, the Billing agent works out the progress statement for each ongoing job and prepares the invoice.

Billing agent
