Frequently asked questions
What happens on day 7?
The trial ends and the agent's monthly price, shown at launch, is charged to the saved card. The subscription then renews every month, with no commitment. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
In one click, from the dashboard: pause the agent, or tap "Cancel trial" during the trial. During the trial, nothing is charged and no fee applies. After the trial, nothing more is billed.
Who is eligible for the welcome offer?
Every new account that hasn't paid anything yet, once per person. It starts without a card and covers €9 of agents per month for 3 months. To prevent abuse, we check that it has not already been granted, using the IP address (stored as a fingerprint), the card or the phone number.
What happens after 3 months?
The offer ends, and we let you know beforehand, in your dashboard and on WhatsApp if your number is linked. To keep the agents it covered running, save a card: they move to their usual monthly price. Without a card, they are paused at no cost, and you can relaunch them whenever you like.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. Pause an agent or leave your plan from the Billing page: nothing more is charged, and the current month is prorated. No commitment.
Are run costs included?
Yes. The monthly price covers all of the agent's runs, AI model calls and connector calls. No usage-based bills, no credits to top up.
What happens if I change an agent's model?
You can change the model anytime from the dashboard. If that changes the agent's price, the new amount is shown before you confirm.
How is an agent's price set?
The architect estimates it at design time, based on the number of tools, the frequency and the complexity of the steps. You see the price before you launch the agent, and it never changes without your consent.
Which agents are included in my plan?
Those priced at or below the plan's cap (€9 for Pro, €19 for Studio), up to the number included. The most expensive eligible agents come first; the rest get the discount.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Describing a task, connecting your tools and seeing a sample deliverable is free. Then every agent starts with a 7-day trial: nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
How does website creation work?
The agent builds the website and shows you a preview, for free. You can request 2 edits before paying. After that, the subscription covers hosting, maintenance and 10 edits per month.
What if I need more edits?
The agent keeps up with you. If it sees this month's quota won't be enough, it offers the next tier: 100 edits per month, then unlimited. The change takes effect immediately, prorated.
What happens when my storage is full?
Files produced by your agents, their shared tables and your website versions use your space: 1 GB on Free, 25 GB on Pro, 200 GB on Studio. You're notified at 80%. Once your space is full, your agents can't save anything: upgrade your plan, or delete files from the dashboard.
Can I manage my agents from WhatsApp?
Yes, at no extra cost. Link your WhatsApp from the dashboard, then message Future Agent: create an agent, launch it, pause it, and receive its results and files. Prices and billing are the same as on the website.
Is the domain name included?
Renewing a standard domain is included in hosting. Buying a new domain is always shown with its exact price before you confirm.
