Describing the work should be enough to get it done

Future Agent lets anyone hand a repetitive task to an AI agent, simply by describing it. No code, no diagram to draw: one conversation, a sample, a price, and then the agent gets to work.

What we do#

Future Agent is a web tool, also available on WhatsApp, where you describe a task in everyday language. An AI architect designs the agent that automates it: it asks you questions, connects your tools from more than 1,600 apps, shows you a sample result and quotes a monthly price before you commit to anything. After that, the agent runs on its own, on a schedule, on demand or after another agent.

Agents can produce PDF reports, Excel workbooks and Word documents, send emails from your account, fill in shared tables, or build and host a website. A library of more than 300 templates covers the most common needs, industry by industry. The details are on the features page.

Why Future Agent exists#

In most businesses, part of the working day goes into tasks that don't call for any real decision: following up, copying, sorting, summarizing, formatting, notifying. Existing automation tools assume you know how to design a workflow, understand its logic and maintain it. Conversational assistants help you write, but they stop working when you close the window.

Our mission is to make automation accessible to people who have neither the time nor the desire to learn a technical tool: the tradesperson writing quotes in the evening, the firm chasing its clients' documents, the shop answering the same questions every day. Describing the work should be enough to get it done.

Our principles#

The price before you commit. Each agent has a fixed monthly price, based on how complex the task is and shown before launch. Plans and storage are public on the pricing page.

A sample before you pay. The architect shows a sample of the deliverable, or a preview of the website for a project, before you launch anything.

You stay in control of anything binding. No real purchase is made without your explicit permission and a spending cap. Messages to strangers on social media are prepared as drafts, never sent on their own.

Your data stays yours. Your agents' memory, individual or shared, belongs to your account and is never visible to anyone else. Connections to your tools are authorized one by one and can be removed at any time.

Transparency about what each agent does. Every run leaves a log: what was consulted, produced and sent, and what got in the way.

How an agent is created#

  1. You describe the task in a sentence or two, on the website or on WhatsApp. You can also start from a library template.
  2. The architect asks its questions: the sources to read, the recipients, the schedule, the rules to follow. With a template, it only asks for what is specific to you.
  3. You connect your tools, in one click whenever possible. Each access is granted for a specific use.
  4. You see a sample of the deliverable or a preview of the website, then the agent's monthly price.
  5. You launch the agent. It runs on its own; you follow its runs, its files and its subscription in the dashboard, and you change its instructions whenever you like.

The same approach works for a simple task and for a chain of several linked agents that hand work to each other through a shared table.

Who it is for#

Future Agent is built for freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses, professional firms, shops, nonprofits and teams that want to automate without an IT project. The use cases by industry show what an agent takes care of in some thirty lines of business, from real estate to restaurants, construction and accounting.
